The Kanata Rhythmic Sportive Gymnastic Club is a volunteer-based, non-profit organization, a member in good standing of Gymnastics Ontario (GO).

Head Coach Dasa Lelli founded the club in 1975 as a recreational program offered to children of the City of Ottawa. The club has since expanded to include competitive levels: Provincial and InterClub, both in RG and AGG.

There are three levels of Provincial AGG groups: Children (8 - 10), Pre-Novice (10-12) and Junior (12-16). In 2007, they won two gold medals and one silver medal!

The four levels of InterClub AGG teams are Rising Stars (Level 1, age 8- 10), Energy (Level 2, age 11-13), Spirit (Level 3 - age 14-16) and Mystique (Level 4 - age 16 +). These teams have been eminently successful and won numerous medals: 15 gold, 7 silver and one bronze in 2005, 2 gold, 3 silver and 1 bronze in 2006, and 6 gold, 6 silver and 5 bronze in 2007! So far this year, they already have 1 gold, 2 silver and 1 bronze!

The have also received awards of the Most Graceful Group and the Maija Ceming Trophy for highest overall score.
